Quality Control Cleaning's main objective is customer satisfaction and provide quality service. Customer satisfaction is the sole bases of why this company was started. I’ve worked over 10 years in the customer service field in various aspects. I also have experience in the cleaning business within the past 2 years. I noticed that this is a field that is highly underrated and is a service that requires more than just cleaning. The relationship between a client and their cleaning service provider should be quality, enjoyable, trustworthy and consistent.
